How to Make Custom Kpop Christmas Postcards on Your Phone
A photo you keep sending to the group chat can become a Christmas card your friend gets to keep. With a ready-made postcard template, you can choose a holiday layout, upload that picture and prepare a printed set from your phone.
This tutorial uses Picsqueen’s Christmas Newspaper Postcard and a photo of BTS’s V, Kim Taehyung. His fluffy winter hat and colorful outfit give the green newspaper layout a festive story. The screenshots follow the mobile ordering process, including a crop that needs fixing and the quantity controls that are easy to overlook.
Before you start
Save a clear version of your chosen photo somewhere easy to find on your phone. A portrait with space around the face gives you more room to adjust the crop. Think about which details matter: in this example, V’s eyes, fluffy hat and hands all help make the picture recognizable.
Plan how many copies you need, too. The illustrated newspaper order starts at ten cards, with the total in multiples of ten. You can increase copies of one uploaded photo or use several photos within the selected template. Ten cards does not mean ten different pictures.
Step 1 Open the postcard page and tap Customize
Open the Christmas Newspaper Postcard product page in your phone’s browser. The page shows the newspaper design and a postcard back. Tap Customize to open the product options.

Open the postcard product and tap Customize.
Step 2 Choose the size finish and newspaper color
The example selects 100 × 148 mm, a Matte finish and the Green template. The same options panel also shows Red and Black. Choose your preferred version, then tap Start Customizing.

This screenshot uses 100 × 148 mm, Matte and Green; choose from the options available for your product.
Here, the green border works with the red in V’s outfit. When choosing your own color, look at the photo as a whole: does the face stand out, and do the clothes work with the frame? These are the options shown in this walkthrough; use the current product page for availability.
Step 3 Upload a photo from your phone
Tap Click to Upload in the empty photo area and choose your picture. If a processing message appears, wait for the image preview to load before editing it.

Upload-batch capacity and the multiple-of-10 order rule are separate instructions on the supplied screen.
The upload notice allows up to twenty image files per batch and says you can create more batches. That is the file selection limit for one upload, separate from how many printed copies you order. For this example, start with one photo and get its crop right first.
Step 4 Fix the crop and check the preview
Check the first preview instead of assuming the automatic placement is finished. In the screenshot below, the top of the photo is cropped too tightly, cutting into V’s eyes. Tap the uploaded card where it says Click to Edit.

The first placement cuts off important facial details. Tap Click to Edit to adjust it.
Move and resize the selected photo so the expression you want to keep fits inside the photo window. In this example, adjust the image until the eyes and more of the hat are visible. Check the hands as well, especially near the round newspaper seal at the lower right.

Use the real editor controls to adjust the photo, check the preview and save with Done.
The bottom toolbar includes Rotate, Change and Preview. Use Change if another photo would fit better. Follow the editor’s trimming guidance, use Preview to inspect the visible result, and tap Done when you are happy with the placement.
The newspaper title, headline and decorative seal are already part of this template. Upload a photo for its image area; a complete newspaper graphic would bring its own text and borders into that same window. This walkthrough covers photo placement, rather than editing the printed headline.
Step 5 Set the copies and reach the required total
Back in the upload overview, the adjusted preview now shows V’s eyes and more of the winter hat. Under the card is a − / 1 / + quantity control. The counter still says 1/10 uploaded, and Add to cart is unavailable because the selected total is short of ten.

The framing is adjusted, but this screenshot still shows 1 copy and 1/10 uploaded. Complete the required count before continuing.
For ten identical cards, use the plus control under that photo to raise its copies to ten. For a mixed-photo set, use the next Click to Upload area to add another picture, check its crop, and set the copies under each preview. For example, two photos with five copies each make ten cards.
Check that the total follows the editor’s requirement for multiples of ten. Review every photo and its copies, then tap Add to cart when available. The screenshot shows the order while it is still at one card; use the live counter to confirm your completed selection.
Step 6 Check the card count in your cart
In Your cart, check the product name, Size, Choose Your Finish and Choose Your Template. The example lists 100 × 148 mm, Matte and Green, matching the selections at the start.

In this cart example, Order quantity is 10 while the group stepper shows 1. Verify both before checkout.
Read “Order quantity: 10” separately from the cart selector showing “1”. Here, the cart contains one configured set of ten postcards. You do not need to change that selector to ten to obtain the ten cards already listed.
The screenshot’s example is $1.50 per card and $15.00 for the ten-card set. It also says taxes, discounts and shipping are calculated at checkout. Use those figures to understand this example, and check the current price and final total for your own order.
Step 7 Enter delivery details and review checkout
Tap Check out. Enter your email under Contact, then select the correct country or region and complete the delivery details. Expand Order summary if you need to check the order again.

Review contact, delivery and the final summary. The screenshot contains no completed personal details.
Before placing the order, review the address, delivery option, any applicable discount, shipping charges and final amount. If the cards are for a Christmas meetup or mailed gifts, allow time for production, delivery and writing your messages. Check current shipping information for your destination.
The walkthrough ends at the contact and delivery screen. That screen is a checkout step, not an order confirmation.
Give the printed card a message only your friend will recognize
Once the postcards arrive, use the writable paper and space on the reverse for a personal Christmas message. For an ARMY friend, you could refer to the V photo you kept exchanging all year, or write, “Your favorite headline finally made it out of the group chat.” Add the year or your friend’s name to make the memory easier to return to.
If another photo calls for a different joke, explore the Bias Research Report Postcard for the picture you keep studying, or the Phone Storage Tax Postcard for a camera roll full of bias photos. Check each product’s own options and instructions.

Questions about customizing Christmas postcards
Do I need ten different photos
No. In the illustrated editor, the controls under each uploaded photo set its copies. One photo with ten copies or two photos with five copies each can meet a ten-card total within the selected template. Follow the live counter and current ordering requirements.
Why is Add to cart unavailable
In the 1/10 screenshot, the selected total is still below ten. Increase copies or add more photos until the total meets the editor’s multiples-of-ten requirement. If the count is correct and the button remains unavailable, check whether any upload is still processing or the page shows another message.
Do I need to design the entire newspaper myself
No. This flow uses a ready-made layout. Select its available options, upload a photo and adjust the crop. An uploaded image goes into the photo window; this tutorial does not demonstrate replacing the full template or changing its headline.
Does the cart quantity of one mean one postcard
In this example, it means one configured set. The line also lists Order quantity: 10, so that set contains ten postcards. Read both fields and check the total before changing the cart quantity.
