How do I order custom photocards?
Ordering custom photocards is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Choose your product
Go to our website and select the photocard you’d like, then click the “Customize” button. - Upload your images & set quantity
In the editor, upload your images and set the quantity for each design. - Check quantity requirements
The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces, and quantities must be in multiples of 20 (e.g., 20, 40, 60, etc.). - Add to cart & checkout
Once everything is set, click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
I only have a few photos — can I make multiple copies easily?
Yes.
In the editor, you can set the quantity for each uploaded image individually.This allows you to create multiple copies of the same photo quickly, even if you only upload a few images.
Can I customize both sides of each card?
Yes.
In the editor, you can upload and edit the front and back of each card individually, allowing each card to have a different design.
If you want all cards to share the same back design, you can upload one back image and use the “Copy Back” feature to apply it to all cards instantly.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Will my images be reviewed before printing?
Yes.
Before printing, all uploaded images are reviewed by our professional design team.We check for common issues such as:
-image clarity
-cropping and alignment
-overall print suitability
If necessary, we may make minor adjustments or provide optimization suggestions to ensure the best printing result.
What file quality should I upload?
For the best print results, we recommend uploading images with the following specifications:
-Size: please refer to the product gallery images for the recommended dimensions
-Resolution: at least 300 DPI
-File format: PNG or JPG
-Color mode: RGB
Higher-resolution images will generally produce better printing results.
If your image has minor issues, our design team will review it before printing and may make small adjustments when necessary.
How long does shipping take?

In most cases, no additional customs duties or fees are required, as they are prepaid by Picsqueen.
However, if you choose an upgraded shipping service such as DHL or UPS, additional import handling fees may apply depending on the regulations of your destination country.
