All Picsqueen products are made to order after you place your order. Production time varies by item:

 

  • Photocards (e.g. 7-Color Glossy): Ships within 72 hours

  • Other items (badges, keychains, stickers, acrylics, etc.): Ship within 4–7 business days

 


We aim to start production on the same day the order is placed, depending on order volume.

 


 

 

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time (After Production)

 


Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is:

 

  • United States & Canada: 8–12 calendar days

  • United Kingdom / Australia / New Zealand: 12–18 calendar days

 


📌 If your order is for a concert or special event, we strongly recommend ordering at least 15 calendar days in advance.
