K-pop Concert Freebie Budget for 50 or 100 Packs
Budget for the order you have to buy, not just the materials you will use. In the worked example below, 50 one-card freebie packs cost $90.75 and 100 cost $146.92 before any additional checkout fees or optional contingency. These are example totals, not a Picsqueen bundle quote.
The comparison keeps the contents of each pack the same and includes materials left over after packing. Use the method to replace our inputs with your own cart totals before you decide how many gifts to make.
1 Decide what goes in one freebie pack
This example uses one custom photocard, one sleeve, one small sticker and one outer bag per finished pack. The sleeve, sticker and bag are counted separately. The real photos show styling ideas; their pictured products are not a priced bundle and may differ from the example materials.
A photocard in a sleeve can already be a complete gift. Give the card a detail people can remember: a coordinated back, a short message to another fan or an optional social handle. You can make it personal without buying another item.
Keep the same contents when comparing 50 and 100 packs. If you are packing alone, one standard combination is easier to count and distribute; set aside any special gifts separately.

2 Round each item up to its order quantity
Calculate each item separately: required pieces = finished packs × pieces per pack + planned spare pieces. Divide by the selling pack size and round up to a whole pack. Multiply back by the pack size to find how many pieces you are buying.
Picsqueen’s Help Center lists custom photocards in multiples of 20, starting at 20. That makes 60 cards the order quantity for 50 one-card packs; 100 cards cover 100 packs exactly. This baseline adds no planned spare pieces. Check your selected product before ordering.
The table uses hypothetical supply sizes: sleeves in packs of 50, stickers in packs of 20 and outer bags in packs of 100. These are calculation inputs, not claims about the pictured products or Picsqueen packaging options.

3 Compare the full cost of 50 and 100 packs
All amounts below are in USD. As checked on September 30, 2026, the Glossy Photocard page lists $1.08 per card for quantities of 41–100. Both card orders use that tier, before any extra promotion. A different product, quantity or discount can change the price.
For the supplies, assume $4.99 per 50 sleeves, $3.99 per 20 stickers and $4.00 per 100 outer bags. Assume $4.99 combined shipping across the orders. These supply prices and shipping are hypothetical. If you buy from several stores, add every store’s shipping charge; do not assume $4.99 will cover them.
The optional 10% contingency is money you keep available, not an extra seller charge and not a substitute for known taxes or fees. The example applies it to the subtotal and rounds once to the nearest cent. Add known fees first when building your own budget.

4 Compare cost per pack with total spending
Divide the full purchase subtotal by the number of finished packs. For 50 packs, $90.75 ÷ 50 = $1.815, or about $1.82 per pack. For 100 packs, $146.92 ÷ 100 = $1.4692, or about $1.47 per pack. These figures exclude the optional contingency and any extra checkout fees.
The per-pack figure includes supplies you paid for but did not use. It is a cash-spending measure, not the value of only the contents inside one pack. Keep the unrounded figures for calculations: multiplying the displayed rounded unit cost back by the quantity will not reproduce the exact subtotal.
Choosing 100 instead of 50 costs $56.17 more in this example, before contingency or extra fees. The lower unit cost does not make the larger batch cheaper overall. You also have twice as many packs to assemble and carry. Choose the quantity you actually want to share.

Example budget comparison: 50 packs cost $90.75 and 100 cost $146.92 before extra fees or contingency.
5 Check leftovers before adding more items
After making 50 packs, you have 10 cards, no sleeves, 10 stickers and 50 outer bags left. You cannot assemble ten extra complete packs from those leftovers without more sleeves. With 100 packs, the baseline quantities leave none of these items over.
For 100 packs plus 10 spare cards, round 110 cards up to 120. The checked Glossy Photocard page lists $1.02 each at 101–200, so 120 cards cost $122.40: $14.40 more than 100 at $1.08, before promotions or changes to other charges. Spare cards do not automatically create spare complete packs; additional sleeves, stickers and bags must be budgeted if you want finished backup gifts.
To simplify the baseline, removing stickers saves $11.97 for 50 packs or $19.95 for 100. Removing outer bags as well saves another $4.00 in either case. That brings the example subtotal to $74.78 or $122.97 for cards and sleeves with the same assumed shipping. Recheck shipping and discounts after removing items.
Keep useful leftovers for later, but do not deduct an imagined future value from the amount you must pay now. Existing supplies can reduce new spending if you have counted them and checked that they fit.

6 Check the cart before committing to the batch
Compare the payable total after any valid promotion, not just an advertised percentage. Check the coupon’s dates, eligible products and whether it combines with quantity pricing. Apply each discount once; a discount already included in a line total must not be subtracted again.
Check shipping and destination fees at checkout. The Help Center currently lists a $3 fee per EU order and notes that upgraded shipping may bring additional import handling fees. Fees already included in checkout should not be added a second time. If an additional $3 applies to the baseline example, the subtotals become $93.75 and $149.92 before contingency.
Before paying, record your finished-pack target, contents per pack, purchased quantities, leftover counts, discounted item totals, every shipping charge and any extra fees. Save the date with the quote. Keep optional contingency on its own line and leave time to test the packaging.
Browse Glossy Photocard options when you are ready to price your design. A short message or shared card back can make a simple gift feel personal. Start with a batch whose total cost, packing time and size fit your concert plans.
