it's good quality and you get updates every steps of the way, however I am a bit dissapointed with the designer review service because my picture ended up being cropped even tho they didn't need to and you cannot review the changes the design teams make so it's basically a surprise until you receive it. I think there should be an option to ask the buyer's opinion on the final outcome before beggining printing
