We completely understand the situation you mentioned regarding 'some cards appearing darker.' This occurs because printed matter presents images through ink on a physical medium (such as paper), whereas electronic screens emit their own light. There is a fundamental difference in how colors are produced between the two. In particular, matte materials absorb some light on the surface. Compared to a screen, the overall visual impression is often more subdued, with higher contrast, and may also feel slightly darker. This is a normal physical characteristic of this type of material and printing process, designed to ensure the colors remain durable and pleasant to look at over time.

When placing an order, try to calibrate the colors of your images on the screen under even, natural light as much as possible.
Alternatively, you can inform us of your specific preference regarding color brightness/darkness in the 'Order Notes' (for example: 'Hope the overall look is brighter'). Our designers will do their best to make subtle adjustments before production based on your request.
Although we cannot change the laws of physics, we are always committed to achieving the best results within the limits of our craft.
