Regarding the Glossy Photocards, we understand your concern about the image clarity and positioning. We checked the order details and found that the final print result can be affected by the original image quality and resolution of the uploaded files.

Because digital images are displayed differently on a phone screen compared with physical printing, images that appear clear on a screen may sometimes show differences when printed, especially when the original file resolution is limited.

We also understand that this difference may not have been clear enough during the design confirmation process. We will continue improving our communication to make sure customers have a better understanding of how uploaded images may appear after printing.
