You’re right to expect shaped stickers, and in this case, we didn’t handle it the way we should have. For more complex images, we normally review and confirm with the customer before production, but we missed that step here — and that’s on us.

We’re still improving a lot of our internal processes, and feedback like yours really helps us catch where things go wrong and fix them properly. So thank you for pointing this out — it genuinely means a lot to us.
