Picsqueen currently ships to the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

More regions may be added in the future. Customers who are unsure about their location are encouraged to contact Picsqueen for confirmation.

All taxes and duties are prepaid by Picsqueen, so customers do not need to pay anything extra.

Most orders are delivered within 10–15 days. Production typically takes a few days, and shipping varies by region.

To be safe, Picsqueen recommends allowing at least 15 days in total for delivery.

Yes! You have three options:

Do nothing: If you don’t upload any back design, the default is the same image on both front and back.

Unified back: Upload one back design as the last image and leave a note at checkout:“Please use the last image as the back for all cards.”

Individual backs: Name your files like “1-Front, 1-Back”, “2-Front, 2-Back”, etc., or leave a note in your order so we can match fronts and backs correctly.

Yes! After uploading your photos, you’ll see a button that lets you adjust the quantity for each one.

By default, the quantity is set to 1, but you can increase it as needed.

Just make sure the total number of cards matches the set you purchased.

Picsqueen does not accept returns for customized products, as each item is made uniquely for each customer. However, if an order arrives damaged, defective, or with any quality issues, customers should contact Picsqueen within 30 days of receiving the item.
