i am genuinely amazed by the beautiful quality of these mini pcs. this was a test batch to see how long the process takes (took about 3 weeks from the day of placing the order to the day they were delivered) and to see what this company had to offer. while it’s unfortunate the pcs arrived two days after i went to my concert, i don’t fault the company. they can’t control usps (i wish i could though haha). the pcs themselves are so cute, small, and genuinely sturdy and a great quality. the samples the company sent of the other items they offer were not expected but actually incredibly smart of them to include! thank you so much for making these!

I was surprised by how quickly these were made and the quality surpassed my expectations. The communication team at picsqueen is actually insane. They let me know that my card back file wasn't high resolution enough within 2 hours of me submitting, so I was able to change it quickly, as well as emailing me after my order had shipped, that they had recalled it after hearing about a postal service strike in my area. They re-sent the order with a postal service unaffected by the strike to make sure my order got here in a timely manner! Last but not least, the cards are gorgeous and so high quality! 10/10 all around for customer service and quality :)
